In collaboration with the Hudson Perinatal Cooperative, Central MCHC and the What to Expect Foundation, this program will integrate health literacy into prenatal home visiting programs and within community clinics to enhance communication between the patient, clinic and service providers, improve patient satisfaction, increase adherence to prenatal visits, and influence the attendance rate for postpartum visits to ultimately improve the health literacy skills of new families.
