Making Safe Dates Possible
Description:
The Educational Information and Resource Center (EIRC) will implement 'Making Safe Dates Possible,' a multi-tiered project to address the need for healthy relationship education and dating violence awareness in Burlington County and throughout the state of New Jersey. Through the Willingboro High School School Based Youth Services Program, the Safe Dates curriculum will be implemented in all incoming freshman health classes each year, to 950 7th and 8th grade students year one, and 450 7th grade students in subsequent years. Partner agencies include Willingboro High School, Center for Family Guidance, PC, the Burlington County Health Department, the Willingboro Public Library and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Burlington County.
