Project Title:	Fresh Start for Families
Description:	Fresh Start for Families provides intensive case management and center- and home-based support services for recovering chemically-dependent mothers residing in Sussex County, NJ. This relapse prevention, delivered within the context of intensive case management, will include home visits, parenting education, peer support, family activities, and an array of economic self-sufficiency services.
