2021 All In: Data for Community Health National Meeting

How are communities advancing their data sharing and multi-sector collaboration efforts? Find out at the 2021 All In: Data for Community Health National Meeting. On November 8-10, 2021, All In: Data for Community Health will host the 5th Annual National Meeting virtually, focusing on the theme Developing Data-driven Narratives to Share Power, Transform Systems, and Advance Health Equity with People and Communities. Participants will explore the compelling issues facing communities, and learn from practitioners and residents who will share their stories, tools and practical lessons. The agenda features interactive opportunities for participants to share their experience tackling common challenges as they relate to multi-sector community-based data sharing projects focused on health, well-being and equity.
Sessions include:
- Addressing Health Inequity in the Wake of COVID-19: How Can Real World Data be Part of the Solution?
- Advocacy & Alignment Lead to Medication Management Services and Positive results for Public Housing
- Metadata: Why it is Essential for Ethical Data Use and How to Improve It
In addition, four pre-conference workshops will be held on Thursday, November 4. In each pre-conference session, speakers will share frameworks, tools, templates and more to support attendees in honing their skills. Each deep dive session will include breakout room discussions and interactive activities.
