County Health Rankings & Roadmaps Webinar: Collective Impact in the Real World, From Common Vision to Collaborative Evaluation
On Tuesday, May 23 at 3 p.m., join the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps team and Dr. Ashley E. Anglin, Coordinator of Mission Development for Building a Culture to Health in Census Tract 435, to learn about the challenging, exciting, and ultimately successful Collective Impact model, evaluation plan and processes implemented by the North Jersey Health Collaborative of 150 partner organizations working to improve community health.
As many partnerships are embracing collective impact models to define their work, webinar participants will learn strategies for developing a common vision and aligning work across sectors to further the efforts already underway in their communities.
