New Jersey Department of Health 2017 Population Health Summit

Join state and local officials, advocacy organizations, and academic researchers from across New Jersey to discuss trends and identify resources influencing the work of building healthier communities at the annual Population Health Summit hosted by the New Jersey Department of Health. The goal of the Summit is to promote integration of a health and wellness culture in New Jersey communities, businesses, and organizations statewide to drive overall improvements in population health.

This year’s Summit will include breakout sessions on:

• How Municipal Leadership Drives Population Health
• How Value-Based Transformation Will Benefit Population Health
• Business Strategies that Benefit Consumers and Improve Population Health

The winners of the Population Health Heroes awards will also be announced.
