New Jersey Nursing Initiative’s 8th Annual Meeting: Showcasing New Jersey – Innovative Nursing Partnerships for Building a Culture of Health

This year, in partnership with New Jersey Health Initiatives and New Jersey Action Coalition, New Jersey Nursing Initiative’s annual meeting has been designed to highlight programs from around the state that are having an impact in moving towards a population health focus in nursing programs and community partnerships. The day’s agenda intends to help attendees identify where to look for innovative ways to incorporate nurses in their communities, identify sectors outside health care that need nurses’ input, and identify clinical – academic partnerships in their communities.
