New Jersey Public Health Association Annual Conference

Registration is now open for the New Jersey Public Health Association Annual Conference to be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Rutgers Continuing Education Center in Somerset, NJ.

The 2019 conference theme is “Pressing Public Health Challenges: Systems Thinking, Opioid Crisis, and Use of Artificial Intelligence,” and includes a keynote by Sara A. McComb, Ph.D., Professor, Schools of Nursing and Industrial Engineering, Purdue University. In addition, participants will hear from researchers and thought leaders from the Bloomberg School of Public Health at John Hopkins, the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, in addition to Public Good Projects and Sustainable Jersey.

Health officers, environmental health specialists, nurses and health educators are encouraged to attend, and continuing education credits are available.
