NJHI 2008: Safe Dates

The purpose of this initiative was to support projects that use the "Safe Dates" curriculum to prevent dating violence among adolescents. "Safe Dates" is a research-based program, identified as a Model Program in the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP) of the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
