Video – New Paths to Professional Nursing

In 2014, New Jersey Health Initiatives funded its New Paths to Professional Nursing cohort of grantees, which includes Caldwell University, Camden County College, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rutgers University – Camden, and Union County College. These grantees have developed programs to prepare front line health care paraprofessionals from underrepresented communities to enter into baccalaureate nursing programs. This profile of NJHI grantee Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, tells the story of the work these grantees have accomplished and the individuals they have been able to support.
