This program targets young men, ages 16 to 24, most of whom are court-involved or formerly incarcerated.  A 30-session structured curriculum provides guidance in translating leadership skill to action while experiential learning activities addressing local community needs engage participants in programs, resources and services for local residents and merchants, as well as community service and neighborhood development activities.
