The Johnson & Johnson School Health Leadership Program (SHLP) facilitates the empowerment and development of school nurses across the nation as leaders within their communities’ educational and health services systems to improve practices that impact student health. This project is supporting the participation of up to 24 community teams from New Jersey to participate in the program between 2015 and 2016. This strategy has the potential for broad community impact on health outcomes throughout New Jersey.

- Camden County (Pre-k to grade 5 & Special Needs)
- Camden City
- Dover
- Hillsborough School District
- Hillsdale
- Lawrenceville School District
- Monmouth County
- New Brunswick School District
- Riverton School District
- Sayreville School District
- Y.A.L.E. Schools of New Jersey & Pennsylvania
