Isles’ YouthBuild Institute (IYI), in partnership with the Princeton-Blairstown Center, has enhanced its established program of providing educational, vocational and transitional services to disadvantaged youth in Trenton by providing approximately 200 at-risk male students from Trenton ages 16 to 24 with a social and emotional learning curriculum. This social and emotional component affords these students the opportunity to develop skills to positively express emotions, regulate strong feelings, set goals, and problem solve; skills needed to succeed in families, peer social groups, schools and workplaces.
