Welcome to the New Jersey Health Initiatives (NJHI) Web site. NJHI is a statewide grantmaking program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). By accessing or using the Web site you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

The Web is an evolving medium. NJHI has the right to periodically change these Terms without notice.
